Details of the Job/Internship
Argus Partners is hiring an Associate for its Corporate and M&A, PE/VC team in Bengaluru with 2–4 years of experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in M&A and PE/VC transactions.
- Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessment.
- Draft and review transaction documents and agreements.
- Support corporate advisory and regulatory compliance matters.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams on transaction execution.
- Conduct legal research and assist in deal structuring.
Eligibility
- 2–4 years of PQE.
- Experience in corporate law, M&A, or PE/VC transactions.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced transactional environment.
