Details of the Job/Internship
Arnava Legal is hiring Associates with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience to join their Bengaluru office. The role involves handling high-stakes corporate legal work, including fund raises, M&A, joint ventures, and compliance matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise on and manage legal aspects of fund raising, M&A, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
- Provide guidance on corporate governance and statutory compliance under the Companies Act.
- Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, investment documents, and commercial contracts.
- Work directly with clients to provide actionable legal advice during transactions.
- Manage transactions independently with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with partners and team members on deal structuring and risk mitigation.
Eligibility
- LLB (3-year or 5-year program).
- 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or corporate legal team.
- Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and related laws.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Must be enrolled with any State Bar Council.
