ASA & Partners is hiring a female Associate with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience to be seconded to a reputed client’s office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling corporate and commercial legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams for legal coordination.
• Provide legal support to the client’s in-house team as part of the secondment.

Eligibility

• Female candidates with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in corporate/commercial law preferred.
• Strong drafting, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Candidate must be based in Gurugram.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
