Details of the Job/Internship
ASA Legal Services LLP is hiring an Associate to join its New Delhi office on a full-time, on-site basis.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis across various areas of law.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, contracts, and advisory notes.
- Handle contract drafting and negotiation matters.
- Represent clients before relevant legal forums and authorities.
- Manage litigation matters and support related legal processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective legal solutions.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, banking and finance, intellectual property, employment law, and dispute resolution.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, legal research, and document preparation.
- Experience in contract negotiation, business law advisory, and client representation.
- Strong communication, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail and teamwork.
- LL.B. degree or equivalent from a reputed institution.
- LL.M. qualification is an added advantage.
- Membership with a recognised Bar Council.
- Prior experience in a legal or consulting role is preferred.
