The firm is co-led by an experienced Advocate and a Chartered Accountant with Big4 experience, advising a diverse client base including multinational companies, across direct taxation, indirect taxation, corporate law, labour laws, and tax litigation.

Details of the Job/Internship

ASG Advisors - Tax and legal consultants is looking for a candidate for the position of an Associate with 1 year of experience to join them at their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Income Tax compliance, assessments, notices, and appeals.
• Tax litigation support — drafting, research, and hearing preparation.
• GST compliance, reconciliations, and notice handling.
• Accounting and audit support.
• Labour law compliance.
• ROC / MCA secretarial filings.

Eligibility

• CA Inter qualified / CA Final Dropouts would be preferred.
• Commerce Graduate with tax experience will also be considered.
• Minimum 1 year experience.
• Articleship experience in a CA firm or legal practice would also be considered.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
