Ashlar Law is hiring an Associate with 0-1 years PQE to join its team immediately in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct strong legal research and drafting for corporate and transactional matters.
- Provide support on equity transactions and general corporate law issues.
- Assist in M&A, VC, and PE transactions.
- Apply knowledge of commercial laws in advisory and documentation work.
- Utilize local vernacular language skills where applicable.
Eligibility
- LLB with PQE as per the respective position (0–1 years)
- Experience or interest in M&A, VC, and PE transactions.
- Strong research, drafting, and corporate law knowledge.
- Knowledge of local vernacular language is an advantage.
