Details of the Job/Internship

Asraya Legal is hiring Associates from the Class of 2024 law graduates to join their office in South Delhi, New Delhi. The role involves assisting in civil and criminal trial matters, drafting pleadings, conducting research, and appearing before courts and authorities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in civil and criminal trial matters before the High Court and District Courts of Delhi.
• Draft pleadings, applications, and legal opinions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
• Attend and assist in client conferences.
• Appear before authorities and assist in procedural compliances.

Eligibility

• BA LL.B./BBA LL.B. or LL.B. graduates from the Class of 2024.
• Strong interest in trial and litigation work.
• Commitment, attention to detail, and passion for litigation.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
