Assarkar & Co. is hiring a Legal Associate with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their practice in Navi Mumbai. The role involves court-related work with an opportunity to learn corporate legal work.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling court-related legal work.
• Understanding and complying with court procedures.
• Assisting in and learning corporate legal work.
• Using computer applications and legal technology tools for legal work.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of post-qualification court experience.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Strong understanding of court procedures.
• Sanad from the Bar Council.
• Based out of Navi Mumbai.
• Proficient in computer operations, including Word, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
• Positive approach with a willingness to learn.

Salary/Stipend
