Details of the Job/Internship

ATA Law Partners & Associates is hiring an Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Jaipur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents.
• Conduct legal research.
• Advise on legal matters.
• Represent clients in meetings and negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Stay current with changes in law and regulations relevant to practice areas.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Must be a licensed attorney in India.
• Prior experience of 2–3 years.
• Proficiency in IPR law.
• Experience in Corporate Law and advisory.
• Strong legal research and analysis skills.
• Excellent drafting and reviewing capabilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Salary/Stipend

Based on the candidate's skill, with a fee range from Rs. 7,00,000 to Rs. 10,00,000/-.
