ATV Legal is hiring for the position of Associate to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting title due diligence, preparing requisition lists, and drafting title reports.
• Examining property documents and verifying titles.
• Drafting and reviewing transactional legal documents.
• Preparing detailed legal opinions, attending client meetings, and assisting in negotiations.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in Kannada and English (reading and writing) is mandatory.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
