Avant & Voss - Chambers of Law is hiring an Associate for a full-time on-site role in Delhi. The role involves conducting legal research, drafting documents, preparing legal opinions, appearing in courts, managing case files, and coordinating with clients and senior legal professionals.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Prepare legal opinions and assist in litigation matters.
- Appear in courts and manage case files.
- Coordinate with clients and senior legal professionals.
- Stay updated with recent legal developments and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Bar Council registration and license to practice law.
- Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and preparing legal opinions.
- Litigation experience, including court appearances and case management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and senior professionals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases.
- Experience in corporate, civil, or criminal law is a plus.
