Barakah Advisors is hiring a Legal Associate to join its lean advisory team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review corporate and commercial agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Support filings, due diligence, and advisory engagements.
• Work closely with senior advisors and clients on ongoing matters.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with an LL.B. or equivalent qualification.
• Strong legal drafting and research skills.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and commercially aware approach.
• Ability to handle responsibility in a fast-moving work environment.
• Experience or interest in advisory, finance, or compliance is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
