Bombay Juris Law Offices is hiring an Associate with experience of 1–4 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, vet, review, and negotiate commercial and transactional agreements and documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
• Handle general administrative work.

Eligibility

• LL.B degree from a reputed institution with enrolment with the Bar Council and 1–4 years of experience in contract drafting, negotiations, legal opinion writing, and legal research relating to banking and finance, equity and debt transactional documentation, and general corporate and commercial matters.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
