Details of the Job/Internship

Bonum Lex LLP is hiring an Associate to join their office in the Greater Delhi Area.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities.
• Provide legal counsel to clients.
• Manage multiple legal assignments efficiently.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. is an advantage.
• Membership with the Bar Council of India or a State Bar Council.
• Strong drafting, research, and writing skills.
• Proficiency in arbitration and litigation procedures.
• Knowledge across sectors such as contracts, labor, and telecommunications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Prior legal experience and interest in pro bono work are advantageous.

Salary/Stipend
