Details of the Job/Internship
Bonum Lex LLP is hiring an Associate for a full-time, on-site role in the Greater Delhi Area.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and analyse case developments.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with team members to provide legal counsel.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to case strategy.
- Support the firm’s commitment to legal excellence and pro bono activities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
- LL.M. is an advantage.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, contract review, and documentation.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Experience in arbitration, litigation, and dispute resolution.
- Knowledge of corporate law, labour law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
- Relevant work experience in the mentioned sectors is advantageous.
