Details of the Job/Internship

C. K. Legal – Advocates & Consultants  is seeking Advocates with 1–5 years of litigation experience to join its team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft petitions, applications, replies, and case documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare notes, briefs, and arguments.
• Take client instructions and manage case files.
• Appear before Courts, Tribunals, and other forums.
• Assist arguing counsels in preparation and hearings.
• Complete assignments in time-bound schedules.

Eligibility

• Law graduate enrolled with the State Bar Council.
• PQE 1–5 years in litigation.
• Junior Associate: 1–3 years.
• Senior Associate: 5+ years.
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Experience in civil/criminal litigation preferred.
• Commitment, discipline, and focus on courtroom practice.

Salary/Stipend
