Role and Responsibilities
- Complete assignments in a time-bound manner.
- Take instructions from clients.
- Appear before various courts and forums.
- Prepare arguments and assist arguing counsels.
Eligibility
- Law graduates are enrolled with the Bar Council.
- Junior Associate: 1–3 years of litigation experience.
- Senior Associate: 5 years and above litigation experience.
