Details of the Job/Internship

C&S Partners is hiring for the position of Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• This role offers hands-on experience in:
• Arbitration proceedings – both ad hoc and institutional
• Litigation before courts arising from arbitration and commercial disputes
• Strategic legal advisory work in complex dispute matters
• Candidates with prior experience in drafting, legal research, and court appearances will be given preference.

Eligibility

PQE: 1-3 years

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
