Candidlex Advisors LLP is hiring an Associate Advocate to manage cases with partner assistance. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently handle legal cases with partner support.
• Conduct detailed case law research and analysis.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal arguments.
• Represent clients in court and tribunal proceedings under relevant laws including IBC, RDDBFI, SARFAESI, and Arbitration.

Eligibility

Registered Advocate with the Bar Council.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
