Details of the Job/Internship

Centrik Group is hiring an Associate for IBC, NCLT & NCLAT matters with 1–5 years of experience to join its office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle CIRP and liquidation processes including IBC compliances and litigation.
• Draft notices, submissions, and appear before NCLT, NCLAT, High Court, and Supreme Court.
• Conduct legal analysis, research, and prepare advisory notes and content.
• Liaise with clients, internal, and external counsels on ongoing legal matters.
• Participate in research and development of innovative legal solutions.

Eligibility

• LL.B./LL.M. or CS with 1–5 years of experience in litigation and legal drafting.
• Strong command over drafting legal documents, agreements, complaints, and notices.
• Experience in handling IBC, RERA, and court-related proceedings.
• Excellent research, communication, and client coordination skills.

Salary/Stipend
