The firm represents clients before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, and the Supreme Court, catering to both national and international clients. Details of the Job/Internship
Centrik Group is hiring an Associate with 1–5 years of experience in IBC and related litigation matters to join their office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle CIRP and Liquidation processes, including IBC compliance and communication.
- Draft and argue cases before NCLT, NCLAT, High Court, and Supreme Court.
- Conduct legal research, prepare research papers, and contribute to legal content writing.
- Draft notices, submissions, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with clients and internal/external legal teams.
- Engage in R&D within assigned legal projects.
- Provide legal advisory and litigation support.
Eligibility
- Law graduate with 1–5 years of experience in litigation, drafting, and court appearances.
- Excellent drafting skills for legal notices, agreements, lease deeds, complaints, etc.
- Coordination skills for working with legal teams and clients across India.
- Preference for candidates with LLB/LLM/CS qualifications and innovative legal thinking.
