Details of the Job/Internship
Chadha & Chadha is looking for a candidate for the position of Associate to join them at their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Associate will handle tasks related to intellectual property law, including legal research and drafting, advising clients, and managing cases in domains such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, and litigation.
- The role requires collaboration with legal teams and clients to deliver timely and effective solutions that meet client objectives.
Eligibility
- Comprehensive knowledge of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
- Strong skills in legal research and drafting.
- Ability to manage litigation and anti-counterfeiting matters effectively.
- Proficient in client communication and handling transactional IP and commercialization matters.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; LLM in Intellectual Property (preferred).
- Prior experience in an IP law firm or related field would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, team-oriented, and deadline-driven environment.
