Details of the Job/Internship

The Chamber of Sparsh Bhargava is hiring an Associate – Taxation Law with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on indirect and direct tax issues.
• Draft petitions, appeals, replies, legal opinions, and advisory notes.
• Assist in formulating case strategies and support senior counsel during hearings.
• Represent clients before tax authorities and tribunals.
• Monitor and analyze updates in tax laws, rules, and judicial precedents.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or equivalent qualification.
• 0–1 year of post-qualification experience.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and drafting skills.
• Interest and enthusiasm for taxation law.
