Gibran Naushad is a commercial disputes lawyer based in New Delhi. His core areas of practice include general commercial litigation, arbitration, taxation, insolvency and transactional drafting and advisory. In addition to regularly appearing and arguing before Courts and Tribunals, Gibran is approached on a regular basis to provide commercial and pre-dispute advisory to clients, including tax advisory and cross-border tax planning.

Chambers of Gibran Naushad [Senior Standing Counsel (CBIC), Standing Counsel (CBDT), Senior Panel Counsel (Union of India) and Special Counsel (Andhra Pradesh)] is looking to hire an associate with 0-2 years of experience.
Job Description: The work is a mix of government and private mandates, with a special focus on tax law. [SC, HC, NCLT, NCLAT and Tribunals].
