Chambers of Mohit K. Mudgal is hiring Associates with 1–3 years of litigation experience for a full-time role in Delhi. The role offers court appearances from Day 1, work on diverse matters, and exposure to multiple judicial forums. Remuneration will be as per market standards.

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear before courts from Day 1.
• Work on writ, commercial, and criminal matters.
• Handle matters across various courts, tribunals, and commissions.
• Conduct legal research, drafting, and court-related tasks.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of litigation experience.
• Punctuality, honesty, and willingness to self-learn.
• Strong research, drafting, and court-handling skills.
• Genuine interest in litigation and developing as a courtroom lawyer.
