Details of the Job/Internship
The Chambers of Mr. K Mahit Reddy is hiring an Associate with experience to join their office in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in various civil and commercial litigation matters before relevant courts.
- Assist in arbitration proceedings, including drafting statements of claim and defense.
- Perform comprehensive legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy.
- Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions.
- Manage case documentation and coordinate with court staff and clients.
- Attend court hearings and assist in the trial preparation process.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law (LL.B.) and enrollment with the Bar Council.
- Preferably holds prior internship experience in litigation practice.
- Strong interest and foundational knowledge in Civil and Commercial law.
- Proficient drafting and analytical skills.
- Ability to start immediately is a key requirement.
