He assist leading international and domestic companies in relation to disputes with a wide range of counterparties and represent them before various judicial forums.
He have worked with clients across diverse sectors such as real estate, banking, cellular, manufacturing, infrastructure, life sciences and FMCG and assisted them across multiple judicial forums such as the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, the Hon'ble DRAT, New Delhi, the Ld. DRT, New Delhi, the Hon’ble NCLAT, the Ld. NCLT, New Delhi, the Ld. APTEL, New Delhi, the Ld. Arbitral Tribunals, the Hon’ble NCDRC and the Ld. District Courts, New Delhi.
