Chambers of Rajan & Indraneel is hiring for an associate with 1-4 years of experience for their Corporate M&A Practice team, Delhi office.
Eligibility
- Qualifications: LLB (CS qualification will be preferred though not essential)
- PQE: 1-4 Years
- Candidate should have good drafting and communication skills.
- The candidate should be able to handle clients.
- The candidate should be able to handle General Corporate and Commercial Legal Advisory, M&A Transactions, EPC Contracts and Projects, Company law and Insolvency cases.
- Candidates with exposure and willingness to handle litigation and disputes will also be preferred.
- The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
