Details of the Job/Internship
The Chambers of Samyak Gangwal is hiring an Associate with experience of 0–1 years to join their office in Greater Kailash-II, New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and file legal documents, including petitions, applications, and affidavits, for the Supreme Court and High Court.
- Conduct extensive legal research on complex civil, criminal, and commercial matters.
- Represent clients in court appearances across the High Court of Delhi, District Courts, and various tribunals.
- Prepare comprehensive case notes and briefs for the Advocate-on-Record.
- Manage the end-to-end filing process, ensuring compliance with the specific procedural rules of different judicial forums.
- Assist in client meetings and the development of litigation strategies for matrimonial and commercial disputes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- 0–1 years of experience in litigation.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional research abilities and a genuine interest in extensive legal reading.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater Kailash-II, New Delhi.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to handle the rigors of a busy litigation chamber.
