The Chambers of Senior Advocate Anil Bhushan is hiring an Associate with experience of 0–2 years to join their office in Allahabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in matters pertaining to Civil, Service, Commercial, and Land Law.
- Draft legal applications, petitions, and various submissions for the High Court and Tribunals.
- Argue matters and lead oral advocacy before the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.
- Handle miscellaneous civil matters as well as Criminal and Constitutional Law cases.
- Conduct detailed legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
- Manage case files and coordinate proceedings for various judicial tribunals.
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop effective litigation strategies.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
- 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
- Must be based in Uttar Pradesh (candidates from outside the state will not be preferred).
- Strong interest in Service Law, Land & Property Law, and Commercial Law.
- Excellent drafting skills and a confident courtroom presence for arguing matters.
- Ability to handle independent responsibilities in a fast-paced legal environment.
