Chambers of Shahrukh Ejaz is hiring a full-time Associate with over 1 year of post-qualification experience in civil and commercial litigation before Delhi High Court (OS) and subordinate courts.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage civil writ petitions and original side proceedings at Delhi High Court.
• Handle civil suits at district courts.
• Work on arbitration, media law, NCLT, and ancillary legal tasks.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and legal documents effectively.
• Engage independently in case preparation and client coordination.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year PQE in civil litigation.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908.
