Chambers of Shaurya Sahay is hiring an Associate with 2 years of post-qualification experience to join their Delhi office. The role involves general litigation and arbitration, with responsibility for drafting, legal research, and court appearances.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, opinions, and agreements.
• Assist with Standing Counsel matters including Supreme Court cases and administrative tasks.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Appear before judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Eligibility

• 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong legal drafting skills.
• Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary/Stipend
