Details of the Job/Internship

The Chambers of Tarun Mehra is hiring an Associate Advocate with 0–2 years of PQE to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft appeals and writ petitions before High Courts.
• Draft Special Leave Petitions (SLPs) and other pleadings before the Supreme Court of India.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefing notes and case summaries.
• Supervise the filing of cases by clerks before the Supreme Court and High Courts.
• Assist during hearings before courts and tribunals.
• Manage administrative work related to ongoing matters.

Eligibility

• LL.B degree.
• 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Candidate should be motivated, hardworking, and flexible with work timings.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Delhi.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
