Chandan Choudhary Law Chamber is hiring an Associate to join its practice in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This is a full-time hybrid role involving legal documentation, case law research, drafting of pleadings, and assistance in court proceedings, with limited work-from-home flexibility.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle legal documentation and draft pleadings, agreements, and legal opinions.
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
• Assist in court proceedings and coordinate with senior advocates.
• Consult with clients and maintain confidentiality.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines through effective coordination and organization.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
• Bar Council membership is advantageous.
• Prior experience in litigation or legal consultancy is advantageous.
• Proficiency in legal research software and tools.

Salary/Stipend
