Details of the Job/Internship

Chandhiok & Mahajan is hiring an Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join their Real Estate Litigation team at their New Delhi or Gurugram office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, affidavits, and applications.
• Appear independently and argue before relevant forums.
• Coordinate and brief senior counsel.
• Handle litigation matters before Civil and District courts, HRERA, and revenue courts.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree.
• 2–3 years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate or infrastructure disputes.
• Strong drafting skills and understanding of civil procedure.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
