Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors is hiring an Associate with experience of 2 to 3 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Practice Area Experience: Corporate and M&A.

Eligibility

2 to 3 years with relevant experience in:

• Handling and execution of M&A, JV, P/E, VC transactional work;
• Corporate structuring and cross-border transactions;
• Corporate advisory of general corporate, Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI related matters;
• Contract drafting and negotiation. 

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
