Details of the Job/Internship

Chandhiok & Mahajan is hiring an Associate or Senior Associate with 3–4 years PQE to join its Real Estate practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct land due diligence and title searches.
• Draft and negotiate Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), Sale Deeds, Commercial and Retail Leases.
• Prepare and review Mortgage Documents and Real Estate Financing documentation.
• Support high-value, complex real estate transactions.

Eligibility

• 3–4 years PQE in a dedicated Real Estate practice.
• Proven experience in land due diligence and real estate documentation.
• Prior experience in Real Estate Financing documents preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
