Details of the Job/Internship
Chatrath Law Chambers is hiring an Associate having experience of 1-3 Years to join their office in Chandigarh.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Associate will be responsible for conducting research and providing legal advice, analyzing legal documents and case law, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- The Associate will also prepare legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings, and represent clients in court hearings and negotiations.
Eligibility
- Demonstrated knowledge of Indian law and regulations.
- A Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to both legal and non-legal audiences.
