Details of the Job/Internship

Citadel Law Chambers is hiring an Associate with experience of 2–3 years to join their office. They are also seeking advocates with experience of 0–1 years to join their office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft various legal pleadings and petitions.
• Manage filing processes in the NCLT and High Court.
• Brief senior counsels on pending matters.
• Appear in court and tribunal matters independently.
• Coordinate litigation strategies, incorporating corporate law perspectives where applicable.

Eligibility

• For the Associate position: 2–3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in the NCLT and High Court.
• For the Advocate position: 0–1 year of work experience.
• Ability to handle drafting, filing, and independent appearances.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
