CK JURIS is hiring an associate to join them in Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with legal research, drafting legal documents, liaising with clients, and supporting senior attorneys in various legal matters. This is an on-site position that requires a strong understanding of corporate and commercial law.
Eligibility
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Corporate M & A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Employment, or Real Estate laws.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Experience in a law firm or legal setting is a plus.
