Details of the Job/Internship

CK JURIS is hiring an Associate with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Associate will assist with legal research, draft legal documents, liaise with clients, and support senior attorneys on various legal matters. The position requires a strong understanding of corporate and commercial law.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting with legal research.
• Drafting legal documents.
• Liaising with clients.
• Supporting senior attorneys in various legal matters.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of experience in a law firm or legal setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Corporate M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Employment, or Real Estate laws.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
