Clergy and Wisemen (C&W) is looking for a candidate for the position of Associate: Disputes (Civil, Consumer & Commercial (A0-A1).

Role and Responsibilities

• The role involves active participation in a wide range of civil, consumer, and commercial litigation matters, including pan-India litigation before trial and appellate courts.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university; enrollment with a Bar Council.
• 0–2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Strong command of legal drafting, including plaints, petitions, replies, applications, and written submissions.
• Sound understanding of procedural and substantive laws.
• Willingness to appear before various courts, tribunals, and forums across India.
• Good research and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
