Details of the Job/Internship

CLF (Chhibber Law Firm) is hiring an Associate to join their office in the Mohali district.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and conduct legal research.
• Draft legal documents and represent clients in court.
• Meet with clients and prepare cases.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Maintain updated knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to clients’ cases.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; admission to the Bar is required.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Effective client communication and representation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
• Experience in litigation and court proceedings is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary/Stipend
