Role and Responsibilities
- Independently handle legal matters.
- Appear before Courts and Tribunals.
- Draft legal documents.
- Coordinate with clients for compliances and case-related requirements.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in appearing before Courts and Tribunals.
- Strong drafting skills.
- Work exposure in Civil, Commercial, and IBC-related matters is preferred.
