Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research.
- Draft legal documents.
- Prepare case strategies.
- Attend client meetings.
- Independently represent clients in court proceedings.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and support effective execution of legal matters.
- Maintain attention to detail and adhere to ethical standards.
Eligibility
- PQE of 2–3 years.
- Prior experience in trial matters, commercial disputes, IBC, and RDB Act matters is preferred.
