Details of the Job/Internship
Coromandel Law is hiring an Associate to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves legal research, drafting, and reviewing legal documents, as well as assisting in the preparation and representation of clients in complex commercial disputes and arbitration. It includes client interaction, managing case timelines, and ensuring comprehensive documentation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research, drafting, and review of legal documents.
- Assist in preparation and representation of clients in commercial disputes and arbitration.
- Interact with clients and manage case timelines.
- Ensure thorough and accurate documentation.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of fundamental principles of Indian law.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM or equivalent) with excellent academic credentials.
- Working knowledge of spoken Kannada is required, and written proficiency is an advantage.
- Passed the All India Bar Examination.
