Obhan & Associates is hiring an Associate with the corporate law department to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• To draft and review various types of commercial contracts.
• To conduct legal due diligence and drafting of transactional documents.
• Prepare legal opinions on matters relating to commercial law.

Eligibility

• The candidate should be a law graduate with 2 to 4 years of PQE in commercial contract drafting, general corporate advisory, and transactional work.
• Must have Excellent inter-personal and collaborative skills.
•  Good understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
