Details of the Job/Internship

Reddy and Reddy Law Firm is hiring a Corporate Associate with experience of 3 years to join their office in Pune.

• Area of experience: General corporate and labour law advisory.
• Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 AM -7:30 PM.

Eligibility

• The associate should have complete knowledge of Company, Banking, IP and Labour laws.
• They should have experience in drafting agreements such as NDAs, Third party agreements such as vendor, consultation, service agreements.
• The candidate should have experience in transaction advisory and drafting which would include knowledge of company/LLP incorporation, share transfers and purchase and winding up of such entities.
• The candidate will also be involved in policy making of companies and hence would know all laws involved in the day-to-day functioning of a company including the Company Act and labour law.
• Additionally, all the candidates should be well-spoken and should have all the required soft skills including good communication skills in person as well as via email. They should have experience of direct interaction with clients including being able to take on tasks independently and handle such tasks efficiently.
