Details of the Job/Internship

Role and Responsibilities

Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day client tasks related to legal consulting and advocacy. This includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, directly interacting with clients, and providing legal advice and advocacy services to corporate clients.

Eligibility

• Associate - 1 to 4 years PQE
• Be admitted to a Bar Council.
• Be based in or be ready to move to Bangalore.
• Possess excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• It will be an added advantage to have prior experience in handling labour & employment laws, corporate advisory and as also exposure to technology contracts review and negotiation.
