Details of the Job/Internship
CTS Partners LLP is looking for a candidate for the position of Associate to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing case files, and appearing in court.
- Additional tasks include providing support in litigation, arbitration, corporate advisory, and compliance matters, as well as liaising with clients to deliver strategic legal counsel.
- The Associate will collaborate closely with senior advocates and partners to develop and implement legal strategies.
Eligibility
- Strong legal research and document drafting skills.
- Experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Knowledge in corporate advisory and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Law degree from a reputable institution.
- Bar Council of India certification.
- Experience in sectors such as aviation, biotech, real estate, media, infrastructure, or renewable energy is a plus.
